How do I receivemy orders?

So I have built my online ordering website-how do I receive my orders? Is it via email? If I have a printer set up will they go straight to the printer or will I have physically send them to the printer so they get the order in the kitchen? I am worried I will miss online orders as am so busy front of house.

Hi @joolzjj26, thank you for your post! When you receive an order through your Online Store, you can set it up so it'll be send straight to the kitchen. To automatically print order tickets:

Open the Point of Sale app on your device.
From the navigation panel, navigate to Settings > Hardware > Printers.
Set up your Printer by setting up the printer name.
Under Use this printer for, tap on Online order tickets.
Toggle on this printer for online order tickets to allow the printer to print order tickets as your customers place orders online.

Once the feature is enabled, new orders will automatically print from your supported printing device.

Hi, Thank you for this Tra, but I can not find the correct navigation panel. I have gone into settings and can not find the hardware-printer page could you be more specific please?

Thanks-well I can work out how to set up a USB printer or wifi one but I have a blue tooth one and can not work out how to set this up as am using my android phone as my POS. I only have bt connection as not got wifi-do I need to get an an the go adaptor?
