      <title>Issue with verifying identity</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot verify my identity. I’ve recently migrated to the UK and I am unable to verify, it just gives me a error message each time. On top of that, my house is a new build and perhaps that is why the postcode isn’t recognized&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It seems like our automatic verification tool wasn't able to compare the details you enter against sources as the electoral roll.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can try entering your information again from&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/" target="_blank"&gt;your Square Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to verify your identity. Here are some things to keep in mind as you retry:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure you provide us with your legal name and home address in the personal information fields, not your business information&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If your name has changed within the past 6 months, you can try entering your previous legal name&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If you have changed your home address within the past 6 months, you can try entering your previous home address&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you have exhausted all four attempts to verify your identity, you can get in touch with our support team on 0800 098 8008 for assistance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is that assistance number a phone number? If so, I have tried to call it and I got a message saying that phone number doesnt exist. I have done everything correctly on verfiying my information and still I get the unable to verify message. What else is left for me to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
