Hi @Luca83, really sorry to hear this!

If you are looking to make your website inactive, you can unpublish. To do so:

From your Square Online Overview page, go to Website > General Settings.
Select Unpublish.

If you wish to deactivate your Square account instead, you can do so by following this article.

Hi, I am also trying to unpublish my website but when I follow the above instructions I do to have an option to 'unpublished'?

What exactly are you seeing when trying to unpublish your site using Tra's instructions above? Can you share a screenshot with me? This might help me get to the bottom of this for you.
