Could be that the connection was too weak to process it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Always check &lt;A href="https://uk.issquareup.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://uk.issquareup.com&lt;/A&gt; in the event of an error to see if everything is working on squares end, this eliminates the idea that you or the customer is doing something wrong, also after a card is declined, it’s best to ask for proof of ownership of the card and to see whether the card is valid, this eliminates potential fraud.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I keep getting requests for verification which start with a question and three options, none of which apply (we set out to use ONLY the QR code method of payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, at an event last night, several payments, which clients thought had gone through, were lost - a severe dent on our revenue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Consequently, we think we should have a card reader. Not now sure how to upgrade to that having declined it initially.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could someone advise?&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;David Southworth.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
