postage rates issue

i have set postage rates at the following £1.95 up to £15 and then free over £15 but when i go into the site i add item to cart to the value of £3.95 but still comes up with no charge for postage .. am i missing something simple

please help i am pulling my hair out - thank you

Can I have the site link so I can take a look at what’s going on on the site side of things, then I’ll take a look at square online in the morning and see if I can come to a solution : )

hi thank you for the reply - i managed to sort it - i didnt realise that the postal amount didnt appear until you put in a physical address for the post - thank you again
