Hi I’m new to Square. We use it for fund raisers and events for our local community.

In the app, in "checkout" when i take a payment for multiple items at once, is there a way in which i can amend the order? it's currently got everything from every category listed & sorted alphabetically. It is not convenient and makes it difficult to see what's what. I'm sure there must be an easy way to sort by category, price, date created, in stock etc

Setting up an Item Grid may help with making it easier to add items to sales. If you're using the Square Point of Sale app on an iPad, you can follow these steps to setup an Item Grid.

If you're using an Android tablet or a mobile phone, you can opt in to our new Square Point of Sale app design to access the Item Grid. You can find more information on how to opt in here.
