&lt;P&gt;Before we go into this in details, can you let me know just a bit more about the current setup?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Would you want your employees to have the pin number to access the Square Terminal, or would this be a pin number that only you would have?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you the only person who will be using the Terminal to take payments, or will there be situation where staff members will take payments on your behalf?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So we're using the Square Terminal along with Zero, where we raise our invoices.&amp;nbsp; Invoices are paid only on occasion at the terminal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. How do we lock the terminal while it's not getting used and set a pin number to access it again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. As the business owner, I don't use Square for my staff members, so do I need to set them up as users to limit their access first?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
