Hi, how to I change settings to UK, eg to input correct postcode, phone number correct bank details etc? Thank you

Hey there @Haythem1, that's odd. Is it possible you signed up on the US Square site rather than the UK website?

You should be able to access it by clicking the link above, or by scrolling to the very bottom of the page and clicking on the globe symbol at the very bottom left-hand side of the page, and changing the language and region to the UK. From there, you can sign up for a UK account by clicking Sign In on the very top right of the page and then clicking Sign up on the next page. From there, you should be taken through the UK sign-up workflow.

Hi Skyler, i think i have done the same thing. I have signed upto the american site and not the UK site. Can i swap? or do i need to deactivate the account and start again on the UK site.

Hey @kilnformed, welcome to the Square Seller Community! Unfortunately, it is not possible to swap from a US account over a UK account. You will need to deactivate the old account and set up a new account on the UK website.
