Hey @luludolly, welcome to the Seller Community 🙂 thanks for your post.

Square Appointments doesn’t currently offer the ability for clients to enter a promo or coupon code when booking online. This is a really popular request and we know how important it is for businesses, so I'll update this thread as soon as I have an update on it being available.

You can still create discounts that can be applied when checking out in-person appointments via the Square Appointments app.
