cant edit website

new to Square, i have set up everything else, but when i try and edit the website i get a message on screen that the site is being built, then a pop up saying something is wrong, then another red popup saying an update is needed and to reload the page, when i reload the cycle starts again, been like this for hours now..

It's old school, but if you haven't already, try signing out then back in. See if this clears the problem.

Hi @TheFinishingCut, welcome to the Seller Community! I'm sorry you are running into issues. This looks like something related to your browser settings. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure your browser is up to date.
2. Clear cache and cookies on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.
3. Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome.

4. If all of the above doesn't resolve the issue, please try on an alternate device.

Hi Emma thanks for your reply, i have no idea what it was, i still get the red warning but the rest of it and editing is now available, i havnt done anything to make it so, i just close the red warning and can continue now, sorted itself out about 4 hours after my post..

Are you still seeing this error message? I haven't seen or heard of anything like it before..
