Hi all,

New member here, I am using the WooCommerce Square plug in for my website.

Pretty easy to set up and get it configured only a small issue.

At the checkout section where the customer has the option to chose their payment method.
There isn't much in terms of giving the customer the confidence that the payment is being taken securely via Square. All it shows is the box to enter card number, expiry date, 3 digit security number and name

I would have thought this would have been a part of the Plug In

Any advice much welcomed 🙂

Thank you for this feedback, when you mention the payment being taken securely, do you mean the payment has been successfully captured or that the customer's details are actually secure?

If you have an image of what you mean or a comparison with another payment method, I might be able to take a closer look here, thanks.

I see what you mean @Mercado, that could definitely be confusing for sellers.

This would be a request for Woocommerce, they own the plug-in, so any updates would need to make on their end! Sorry that I couldn't do more here.

Thanks for confirming, I would have thought many other people would have experienced this same issue using woocommerce.

I will now ask Woocommerce the same thing
