&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had a look and the Samsung s22 is listed as &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/gb/en/compatibility?platform=Android&amp;amp;brand=Samsung&amp;amp;model=Galaxy%20S22" target="_blank"&gt;a compatible device&lt;/A&gt; so we should be able to get it connected again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try these steps in order:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure the Square Point of Sale app and the operating software is up to date&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Forget the reader from the device's Bluetooth setting&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Turn the Bluetooth off and back on&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Turn the device off and back on&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Hard reset of the reader -- hold the button for around 20 seconds, wait for the lights to turn orange, then red, then release the button when all the lights have stopped flashing&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go back into the &lt;STRONG&gt;Square Point of Sale app &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Hardware &amp;gt; Card readers &amp;gt; Connect a reader&lt;/STRONG&gt; and follow the prompt&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
