Hi recently joined square and we are attempting to verify our identity, it is saying that it can't be done at the moment and asking to re-input the details but we are just being sent round in circles and can't see where we have gone wrong.

Have you tried using the Google authenticator method. It’s pretty straightforward. Just download the app from the App Store might be worth a go.
