&lt;P&gt;I'd just like to confirm that I understand your query - you have changed mobile phones and you can no longer connect your Square Reader?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What brand and model of phone do you have now?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would need to reconnect completely which you would do via the Point of Sale app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap &lt;STRONG&gt;More&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Hardware&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Square readers&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Connect a Reader&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Pair&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the prompt that appears asking you to confirm the Square Reader.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;On Android devices, quickly tap &lt;STRONG&gt;Pair&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Pair &amp;amp; connect&lt;/STRONG&gt; each time you are prompted until the connection is successful.
  &lt;UL&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;If the connection fails, start the pairing process over and make sure to accept all &lt;STRONG&gt;Pair&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Pair &amp;amp; connect&lt;/STRONG&gt; prompts within 5 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;
