One of my biggest highlights was being selected as a Square Champion, which has given me the opportunity to connect with so many amazing sellers and learn from this community.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>On the business side, I also made the transition from working full-time to part-time in my salon. What a great start to the year you have had. I used to work full time on the shop floor in my salon and since stepping back we infact earn more!! The girls have a better boss as I am more present, and can work on operations more. It sure is a big transition, but you won't look back, infact you'll probably want to reduce even more haha! Instagram is a big lead source for us across my salons.
