Can you remove SQ from Bank?

Hello

i am new to square and would like to know if you can remove the SQ* from customers bank statements? Or if I could change it to something like “Business Name via Square”? if this is not possible then I will cancel my order

It is currently not possible to edit the way Square charges appear on bank statements. However, feel free to share your idea on our Ideate board 🙂.

@LF2024 I might be wrong and you might want to check (I can't access my dashboard to confirm) but I think you can add a 3 or 4 digit prefix to reference your business that appears on customer statements. I seem to remember adding this to the accounts section when I set up my account. Have a little look around the accounts section to see if you can find.
