Unable to send private messages in square community

HI Everyone,
I haven't sent any message in weeks but now trying to send a message and getting this error

You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later.

Is this a bug, or has anyone experienced this?

Thanks for flagging this @mitin ! I can definitely look into this. In the meantime, could you try signing out of your Community account & clearing cache before trying to send the message again to see if the error disappears?

And to help me look into this, can you let me know if you're trying to send a message to just one user, or are you trying to send a group message?

Hi @tranguyen thank you for the prompt response. I was able to resend after few minutes. It worked
I was sending to a single user only. might be just a temporary glitch
