Unable to activate account

I am unable to activate my account

Verify my identity, or get my request Approved.

Can anyone help with this? The call centre is closed and I am running a market stall in two days.

I'm sorry to hear that your account is not activated for payments yet !

My help might be limited here as we don't have access to account information on the Community. However, I recommend reviewing our Getting Started Guide which outlines all the steps required to finalise your account. If your account is still not activated after completing these steps, I invite you to contact our Support Team by phone on 0800 098 8008, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
