I really liked A Freethinking Guide to the Real World - Nine Lies about Work by Marcus Buckingham and Ashley Goodall. I just read it and so much good info there - I've tabbed up so many pages!

I enjoy Dave Ramsey's audio books and podcasts. Entreleadership is all about business, and his other program is about money management in general.

I recently listened to Thou Shall Prosper by Rabbi Daniel Levin and enjoyed it. You don't have to be Jewish (I'm not) to appreciate the world view presented in the book. IMO it addresses impostor syndrome and other unhealthy attitudes by presenting business and profit themselves as service to the community.

I just downloaded Business Secrets from the Bible by the same author. I'm also not Christian but am sure I'll enjoy it as I did his other book!
