Hi Community! ☕ Some Square Champions and I were chatting about our favorite coffee... and we all agreed the mug makes all the difference.

When I’m out and about, it’s always iced coffee. But at home? It’s black coffee in one of my favorite mugs. I couldn’t pick just one, so here are mine...

Pretty one from Anthropologie, I just love the greens 🌸
Holiday mug that feels festive every winter, I'm a sucker for seasonal decor 🎄
Big Halloween guy I use all October 🎃 (themed mugs remind me of the passing of time)
A sentimental one my husband used as a pencil holder in his college dorm when we met a decade ago ❤️ I remember thinking that was charming. That will always be a favorite 😂

This is fun! The mug TRULY makes all the difference. My coffee just tastes way more elite if it's coming from one of these three mugs.

Terracotta ghost mug all month long that I just love 👻
My heavy duty beauty in the middle that was gifted to me many Christmases ago. The shape and size are just 👌
And of course, my three reasons for why I can never sit down and drink my coffee when it's hot. Ironic. 🙃

-Funshine bear mug Andrea has had since the 80’s her “sick comfort” cup 🥲

- For Fox sake from our fav store in IRL Avoca!

-checkered cup and saucer (vans girl forever)

-Silly Cow also from Avoca! Love a cheeky mug.
- VINTAGE McDonald’s mug. Love anything my vintage and weirdly have a nostalgic special place in my heart for the Golden Arches.

This post was made to give me PTSD I swear. my fiance is obsessed with buying mugs, at last count she has more then 100. Not even commeratitive or anything, just likes mugs. I never want to see another mug in my life haha

My cop out response would be my favorite mug would be whichever one has coffee in it and is in my hand, but I bet you want a better response than that. 🙂

My favorite favorite mug was given to me by a regular who moved to South Carolina. She found it a local potters and thought I would like it. Sadly, it met its demise at a farmers market early this season.

So now I alternate between two. First one:

Unfortunately for me, this mug lies.

The other one, which I use at my coffee shop exclusively.

Thank you EffinBirds. And no, the irony is not lost on me.

After that, I have a pretty extensive mug collection going myself, including a couple of vintage McDonalds porcelain mugs (you’re not alone @Lovewell !)

Sitting here thinking what if you knew I loaded and unloaded kilns filled probably 1/3 to 1/2 full of mugs every day? I see an average of 2000-3000 pieces of pottery in my hands in and out of the kiln in about a week. In the past 14 years I'd say that I am responsible for the creation and firing of over a million mugs. That really made me laugh just now thank you @ChickenRacer

I don't drink coffee, but I do drink hot chocolate and this is my favorite mug. I'm on the road, so I can't Snap a photo. I grabbed it from NASA's website.
