Connecting printer to ipads

Hi, I’m setting up a restaurant where there is 3 printers. 2 of them run over Ethernet, 1 in the kitchen and 1 at the bar. While the Square register have no problem connecting to all printers. Im having trouble connecting via ipad which waitperson will use to take order. Ive tried all the trouble shooting but still cannot locate the printers despite putting in the static ip address. Anyone else having same issues? The printer models are epson TM T82III

Are the Ipads running on the same network? Have seen some videos have the ethernet ports running to a different router than the wifi used on the ipads.

yer is on the same network. Just found out the Epson TM-T82III is not compatible with ipads. So I purchased a TM-T82IIIL so will try that once I receive it
