      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey I have just purchased square and after pairing it displays ‘pairing failed-reader not ready’&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have tried several times to make it work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried resetting the device&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Logging in and out again and again&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Restarting my phone&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;but nothing seems to be working properly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;kindly help me as it is very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;
