You can send electronic invoices from the "Invoices" section of our POS app or your online dashboard.

Hey @PB8431,

Can you let me know a little more about what you're trying to do here? Do you want to receive invoices as a customer through Square?

While Square will allow you to send invoices to your customers and accept payments from them, it won't actually do the reverse - ie allow you to accept and pay an invoice from a supplier. Is this the kind of thing you were referring to?

I am wanting to receive an invoice and input the barcodes and prices straight into my stock without scanning each product

Hey @PB8431,

At the moment Square's free POS app does not have the ability to receive external invoices and automatically adjust your inventory count. You'd need to manually make adjustments.

You could also check out some of the dedicated inventory management apps that link with Square!
