Ive had this thing for 10 months.
still don’t know how to properly use or set it up.

something simple that drives me crazy.

I don’t like the way food docket prints. I want it NOT yo combined identical items. I want them listed individually on same docket. Only option I find is printed individually on separate paper- which I don’t want.

cant figure out how to even make a combo deal with pricing and choices to upsize.

just simple issues and no help from square.

Hi there @Kooks78l ,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can I first ask are you using square pos or one square for restaurants.

I use Square for restaurants and in the printer setup there is an option:

Combine Identical Items

If you turn this odd then you'll get each instance of an item listed separately on the same docket.

Hi,

I am also searching for make separate docket like if the orders are coffee and sandwich, I want the print out one docket for coffee and the other one for sandwich even if I take the order at once.
