location of account is all USA based

I opened a new Square account but every time I try to add an address or bank account it defaults to all USA settings. I can't seem to change anything to set up my account in Australia. I also want to set up account in UK to service my UK holiday cottage.

Can anyone help me - super frustrated not being able to ask my first simple question.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up an account!

When you start the account create process, are you making sure to select "Australia" from the country drop down box here?

If you'd like to de-link any email addresses you have used to create US accounts you can call our support team on 1800 760 137, who will be able to help you do this!
