would love to have an easy way to set up one invoice that a patient can pay over time (on their plan or on a pre-agreed plan). For example, I bill them $295 for a deductible. They can’t pay me upfront at that time. I would like it so they should be able to pay me what they can every month for however, long it takes. Sometimes we would agree on certain amounts and certain days, but other times I would like to be able to be more flexible. I would like it if Square could keep track of how much has been paid, and how much is still owed. It would be great if Square could send out invoice reminders let’s say once a month with the remaining bill. This would be very helpful in my office

During checkout, I would like to be able to collect more information about the patient, such as their birthdate and emergency contact information. We would also like to allow patients to upload documents.

Confirmation emails when someone schedules an appointment or sends a message should not contain the person’s name due to HIPAA - please address. Thanks!

I'd love to learn how to put a card on file for when cancellations occur. Also, if available, I'd love to figure out how to put my patients on a payment schedule for treatments rendered instead of having to pay a large sum at their date of service. Thanks for helping with this!!

I'd like to be able to verify coverage and have deductibles and payments integrated directly, possibly a EMR system set up in Square as well to be able to document. I like the appointment, scheduling feature, marketing features, and website features of Square but those are not of value if you don't incorporate a EMR system like other scheduling/benefit eligibility/business management/EMR systems. Of course everything HIPPA compliant.

Would like to learn how invoices can automatically tabulate & reflect customer's outstanding balance from month to month, e.g. last month's balance, payment received, current outstanding balance, current billing amount, total current balance, etc.

I agree that the ability to add CPT and ICD codes to a patient’s receipt would be very useful to me and my patients as it would save a lot of time and effort for both.

I’m not sure that it is a good idea from a privacy perspective as the square invoices are simply sent as regular e-mails.
