How do I catergorize income from Square checking balance to QB Self Employed?

How do I categorize my Square Checking balance into QB Self Employed to show as income? Do I need to manually enter that? I just opened a checking account and noticed the income transaction did not post to QB. I would like to keep track of income transactions and my owners draw which I think is listed under Personal Deposit with QB SE.
