Wondering if anyone is also having issues seeing their Square Credit Card on their account under Balances?

I'm talking about the actual credit card offered by Square, and not the "debit card" or regular balance. I used to be able to see my credit card account with charges, payments, etc. However, it's like that tab disappeared alltogether.

It was a separate tab/section when you clicked on balances.

There would be your immediate balance from sales, balance from savings accounts if any, balance from loans if any, and then balance on credit cards.

I'm trying to figure out if this is a Square glitch, or isolated to my account. Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, this is happening to me too. I have no way to access my card in balances. Very scary, I have no way that I know to access it.

@jon14 thanks for responding. I just checked again today, and it appears the credit card balance section is back on the dashboard. Hope it is of you as well!

But, yes, very scary. I had no way of checking balances and when calling, there was no one available to help until Monday, and no automated system either.

I do also wish there was a way to set up notifications for when activity is posted to the account like charges, payments, etc.

dont see it on mine ,not under balance or on home dash at all

I hope that they allow us to be issued two cards. My wife and I are not always in the same place when we need to use it and it would be really helpful for us both as business owners to have the ability to have our own cards under the same account with the same line of credit.......thanks @squarecreditcard
