The online article states:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To order additional debit cards from the Square Point of Sale app:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the Square Point of Sale app, select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Balance&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Add new debit card&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Get started&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I do not see that anywhere on the dashboard under balances, it only shows my primary card with no way to order more. &lt;STRONG&gt;Add new debit card &lt;/STRONG&gt;is not an option.&lt;BR /&gt;The app or the POS doesn't even have "balances" as a menu option&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How is this accomplished?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/572385"&gt;@Robbybabyrob&lt;/a&gt; !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think the steps to add a card have changed since the help article was published...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the Web Dashboard:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Balance -&amp;gt; [location if needed]. You'll see your balance total and options to transfer. Below that, on the right column, you'll see your debit card listed. To the right of the Debit Cards line there's a blue +. Click that to start the additional card ordering process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the App/POS:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;More -&amp;gt; Balance. Scroll down past the part where you can see your account and routing number. In the Checking section you'll see the Add new debit card line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note that adding additional debit cards are limited to accounts that are currently using Square Banking. If your funds transfer to a brick and mortar bank instead of staying in the Square ecosystem you can't add a card to your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would recommend contacting support then. It looks like a switch didn't get tripped on the back end of your account. If you mention to the rep that you're trying to order a second card for your account and can't, they should be able to fix things for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Based on the screenshots above, it looks like you're trying from your Square Dashboard. Can you try the Square app instead?&lt;/P&gt;
