Hey there @Sarah121. I’m not exactly sure what you mean by a “sales statement.” But, I’m guessing that one of the following will do.

If you are looking for a sales summary including discounts, returns, taxes, tips, etc, this can be found on your online dashboard > Reports > Sales Summary.
If you are looking for a complete breakdown of all of the payment types you received this year (credit, debit, cash, etc) this can be found on your online dashboard > Reports > Payment Methods.
Also, after each year closes, Square posts a 1099 form showing how much we received in JUST card processing, at online dashboard > Account & Settings > Tax Forms. This is what is reported to the IRS as required by law.

If you meant something else by “sales statement,” please clarify and I’ll point you in the right direction.
