Long story short, I’ve processed with square for six years and when I first started I received the initial loan and then received five additional renewals. Randomly after my sixth loan, I didn’t receive another offer for almost 2.5yrs. I tried emailing square capital and I’d always get told to continue processing. I maybe wrong but I’ve come to discover that Square Capital looks for more than just the $ your processing. I think they look for business owners who utilize the other features that square offers Ads, marketing, your responses to feedback, square invoicing, as well as being a part of the square community by answering other businesses questions, etc. also if you happen to have any outstanding Square invoices that are outstanding for a long time (delete them or change the date.)
