Why does Square not give you at least 24 hrs to accept loan offer?

I got a $1500 loan offer after work on Sat. 4/12/25 but when I went to go accept it on Sunday morning it already dropped to a lower amount. It just keeps dropping every day. Why doesn’t square give you at least 24hrs to accept it? This is ridiculous! Will I get another offer just as much? I needed this to help my small business with retail and other things. I’ve been waiting but when I finally got it, dropped instantly.

Hi @Svasquezbs303. That is very odd, indeed. Square Loan offers usually last at least a week before changing UNLESS something drastically changes with your account. Your post is the first time in a decade that I’ve heard of a loan offers changing multiple times over a 24-28 hour period. I’d recommend getting on the phone with the Loan Department and talking to someone there. Also, I’ll tag the loan moderators here in the Community who might be able to provide insight.

It all depends if your sales dipped bad, wait it out, they are always offering loan. Depending on how your business is doing you may get a increase
