Installments amd capital loans starting back?

First Square stopped offering Installments to our customers and now they stopped offering the Square Capital loans. With our those 2 programs I can get a better rate somewhere else. I cant seem to get a answer from anyone at square. Has anyone else? If not I will be making a change.

I'm in the same boat. I emailed Square about two weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. I have a handful of customers who were hoping to apply for the installments but still unavailable.I can see to an extent why the Capital is not available right now due to the PPP loan, but not the installments. Affirm, AfterPay and maybe PayPal (don't use it so I'm not sure) are still processing for customers.
