Usually I get a new offer at 75% paid off I am at 84% and no loan offer yet, I too am wanting expand my retail as I just bought my own salon before covid ... so hopefully it happens soon as Christmas retail is rolling out !!!!

I’m in the same boat. Usually 75% and I’m at 81%. I wonder if the percentage has to be higher since covid? Is anyone getting offers before 85 or 90

I’m at 87% and still no offer. I’ve had several loans with them before and always had new offers by now.
