Loan eligibility and processing volume-discrepancy

I’m wondering if anyone is having conflicting data shown in eligibility factors. I have processing volume shown as needs work, and that card payments took a dip over the last month. The opposite is true.

Processing volume: 9016.73

Average month: 6504.10

Actual card sales for the period: 9602.73

I am at 80% paid on a loan, and looking regularly for another offer. I’m concerned that the selection criteria is inaccurate, and my eligibility for a loan is not accurately considered. I wonder if anyone else is seeing discrepancies in any of the factors? And yes, I understand each factor does not guarantee a loan offer.

That's so strange. @jennifer75, have you reached out to Square and asked them about the discrepancy?

I have the exact same issue and my loan is also now 100% paid off. My processing volume has doubled. It doesn’t add up

It was very strange! I did not reach out to support. I wanted to see if anyone else

had experienced the glitch as well. It has returned to normal and a loan offer was received. I’m more than satisfied with that!

Same here. 83% Paid off on Loan. $18k in Sales This Month, Average Monthly sales shown as $13k. Processing Volume shows need work? Weird.

It’s crazy because everything is good on my part im 85% paid and I’m ahead on my payments and I still haven’t got another loan either
