Loan Repayment Not Showing

I received my 3rd loan from Square a few days ago, it has been deposited into my account. So far none of my auto repayments from sales are showing up in my dashboard. But the money IS being deducted from my sales. Any way to remedy this?

Hi @NattyHaywood. Loan contracts state that repayment does not begin for three days. This is because you have that amount of time to change your mind, return the funds and cancel the loan. No money will be deducted from your sale before then. If I may ask, how are you certain that funds are being deducted from your deposits? Loan repayments are not (and never have been) deducted on a transaction basis, but rather as one lump sum when your deposit is made.

To determine if loan repayment has started, go to your dashboard, then to Balance -> Location. Scroll down to Balance overview, choose a date, and then expand the line “payment processing.” If loan repayment has begun, the line “square Loan repayments” will have an amount there. If not, no loan repayment has started. (See screen shot of my activity so far today). If there is no amount on that line, there has been nothing deducted. Again, loan repayment is not done per transaction. (I really wish it were, and have requested this numerous times. Sigh)
