Can u change the percentage to payback your loan once it’s been set?

I do not believe that will be possible if you have already accepted the offer with the set % that would be tied into your loan agreement.

If the loan hasn't been deposited yet into your account, you *may* be able to get in touch with the Loan team and see if they can alter it, but I would not expect any changes to be able to be made to it.

Not that I have ever seen. All that information is in your loan agreement that you accepted to receive the funds.
