Square Banking Issues

On May 13, 2026, I received an email from Square stating my Square credit card cash back would increase to 1.5% and my APR rate would be lowering. Because of this I started using my Square credit card for every purchase and as soon as it posted I would pay it off.

It is now September 13, 2026, and I have not been receiving the correct cash back that I was told I would receive. My APR is also not correct. It is even clearly stated on Square's website. See photos below.

On top of all of this, I reached out to customer service on 9/8/2026 and have still not heard a thing regarding either of these issues.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any tips to get Square to actually communicate with me and make this right?

Square's customer service is getting worse and worse, and this may be the final nail in the coffin for me to do business with them. Any recommendations?

I know with their customer service since layoffs I think it is a bit harder to get in touch, not an excuse just the sad reality. @Abby_M , any info you can share or help with on this?

I just looked into my rewards activity on mine and see the correct CB adding up, so maybe something didn't quite transfer over to you on their end.
