I do not understand why i am not getting a new loan offer .. i have increased my income by 10k this year. My current loan is at 80% and all of my standings are “good” green

Welcome to the community, this post happens all the timie with the same answer. Nobody but the AI knows when or if you will get one. It's your entire account history account, your sales history, your volume and 1000 other data points, also Squares current risk profile for their team, how much are they lending, how much is late vs ahead, all these things make this an unanswerable question

Hey @Kassies ,

Just to echo what @JTPets which is pretty much spot on, there is no one answer fits all. And the one answer that does fit all, no one wants to hear as it IS the "keep processing" one.

You still owe 20% of the current one. What I have been suggesting to other sellers is to not expect or count on an offer until the current one is completely paid off, even then I still wouldn't bank on it. The old way of offers coming in with 30%+ still owed is becoming more and more seldom.
