Question regarding Plaid, Navy Federal Credit Union, Square Checking

Hi there, I'm hoping that someone can help me out here...

We got our first loan offer. I filled out all the information it asked for, then we got to the Plaid verification. We bank with Navy Federal Credit Union, but I am unable to link our business account, it only finds my personal accounts, and there is not a separate login for the business.

I had read that Square Checking or Savings could connected and used for verification, but it does not give me an option for either when I search for "Square", and it does not give me an option to add an account and routing number.

I'm hoping someone has some kind of insight for me. I appreciate you.

*for knowledge sake, I am using a Mac running Safari

Unfortunately, we offer limited support when it comes to linking bank accounts to Plaid. That would be something that Plaid support may be able to assist with.

My other idea would be to reach out directly to your bank. Have you reached out to your bank to see if they have any tips on this situation?

If any other Sellers see this and have any guidance in the meantime, feel free to send over your experience, as well!
