Hey. So I’m being offered a loan and have accepted atleast 6 at this point.

This time around i’m being told that my account is not linked to my Square account, but it is.

When I try to go and link the account that is already linked it tells me that my bank is not compatible with Paid, but it is already linked. I mean, I can transfer monies to and from the account as we speak.

Anyone else having this issue?

This seems like a little odd one and most likely just a glitch with Square. I would recommend contact the loan department directly that way they can take a look into your account and help clear that up for you .

So, I have contacted the loan department almost three times and I’ve been told that there is nothing that can be done and that I’ll need to open a different business checking account with a different bank, I find that very inconvenient but I will do so. The Square loans are beneficial to the business.

That's interesting, and very odd. Seems like something got updated in between loans and disconnected to the point to where even they can't fix it. Would opening up a Square Checking Account solve the issue? I don't use Square Checking, but it would only take a few minutes to open that, have the funds transferred there, and since you can still transfer between your current bank that would save you some time maybe?

Just following up with you on this, did opening the Square checking account solve the issue? Or did you have to call into square support to see if the could fix the issue with the accounts not being recognized?

did you end up opening up a new business checking account? I know Chase is offering a sign up bonus for new business checking accounts. Most checking accounts can be opened up online as well!
