How do I get my Square savings folders to work?

My savings folders are set to a certain percentage of taking money from every sale, but I’ve notice that the folders aren’t building money anymore. It says everything gets transferred after 5:00. How do I change that?

HI there @Drizzy1.. If I'm understanding you correctly, there's nothing you can change. Money deposited into Square savings folders is processed as follows:

Contributions made through Automated Savings before 5 PM MST are deposited the same day.
Contributions made at or after 5 PM MST are deposited the next day. These funds are still "saved" but they will show pending until the next day. In other words, you won't be able to access/transfer them anywhere until the next day.

@Drizzy1, just to make sure I have this correct as well, at what point did you notice that the folders stopped collecting money?

I noticed it before Helene hit in Sept.

but today when I checked it took out of today’s payments.. idk if it’s fixed, I’ll see if it continues to build.
