Hey @Doran !

What would you need the statement to include?

Typically, a CSV file is a spreadsheet, which means it's mostly used for values and not text and/or images.

Statements need to include information about the financial institution that has provided it for you, along with the account information. So it's just not ideal to make a statement a CSV file.

Does you accounting system requires that your statement is in a CSV file?

Usually you would find them as PDFs but not CSVs...

All of my rambling to say... we don't currently offer that, but if it's something you must have (like your accounting system won't accept a PDF), we can certainly look into it, especially if you need the transactions as a list more than the logos and text that come with a statement.

Let me know!

Got it!

So two ways I'll try to go about this: can we fix our integration so that the Square + Amaka + Xero pathway works? And can we offer a statement with the template you have provided?

It is likely we won't be able to edit our statements to match the template, but I'll see what we can do here.

I'll be back with updates once I have them.

Thank you!
