There is no option to edit the Square Savings account address. How does one edit this if the address is no longer valid?

HI, you can try to contact Customer Support with this link. Monday to Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm PST.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.

I'm sorry to hear about the frustrating experience, @insightDev and have reached out to confirm where your address for the Square Savings can be changed. In the meantime, you can update your business details in your Dashboard under Account & Settings > Business information.

After four attempts to reach Square Business savings support, not one person at Square knows how to edit the savings account address.

The business address does NOT change the bank statement address.

No option but to close the account

We are so sorry you have been attempting to get this answer and have not been provided one. I did look further into this and inquired with our Square Banking Team, they are advising they are still looking into this. I will be completely honest I don't think this is something you can do right now, I escalated this inquiry a little bit ago and have not heard back. I understand not having this ability is a huge deal breaker and you need to do what is best for your business. You can escalate this request on our Ideate Board, our new process of tracking feature requests. Keep in mind, a submission to Ideate is not guaranteed will be implemented.
