Problem with website opening savings account

Help please! Every time I try to open savings account to estimated tax deposits I get an error message and the page continually tries to load. This has been going on for months. Is this function o longer available?

Hey @Angbates. Square Savings is alive and well. I use it every day. Since you didn’t specify any troubleshooting steps you took, if I mention things you’ve already done accept my apologies.

First, have you “reset” your web browser? Go to your browser’s settings page and clear the cache and browsing history. Force close the browser. Reboot your device, open the browser and try again. Often this clears out any weirdness going on.

If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to contact Square Support.

Hi,

Unfortunately, that did not work. I even tried in IE browser and same thing happened. The page will load with the message attached to this reply, and then keep reloading. Oh, well, I see I can't even upload a pic on here.
