    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey if you go into your dashboard (laptop or desktop) you can customize all your texts &amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; email reminders to say what you want them to say. You can also change how often the reminders go out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have mine set up for they get the confirmation email/text when they first book the appointment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then an email 3 days before and then a text reminder a day before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this would all be under the appointment tab/online booking &amp;nbsp;settings when you look in your dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope that helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;Michelle&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I see that other people are also interested in cutomizing the text reminders. &amp;nbsp;I would like to do that (so that we can include the cancellation policy etc) but also decrease the number of time the client receives a text. They receive one when they make an appointment, at any moment the appointment changes even if it does so in a short period of time and then the reminder. &amp;nbsp;It's too much texting. &amp;nbsp;Some of my clients find it irritating and unnecessary . &amp;nbsp;The reminder text is extremely beneficial so that you for that!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In addition to other suggestions, you can also choose not to send them a notification if the appointment changes. You have the option to send an email, text, both or nothing at all. Hope this helps!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
