Hi, I have a problem: deleted client appointments keep reappearing on the schedule, and our clients are receiving notifications, which is really annoying them. We delete these appointments over and over again, but after a couple of days, they might reappear. It’s getting worse every week—in a single day, as many as five appointments deleted a week ago might reappear. Unfortunately, support is completely useless.

This has been happening with our recurring appointments and even the recurring personal events! It's been really annoying and concerning because I don't know if our availability is showing up accurately online.

The fact that this is also happening with recurring appointments and personal events makes me wonder whether the issue is related to how recurring items are being regenerated rather than the individual appointment deletion itself.

If the deleted appointments are consistently coming back after roughly the same amount of time, it might be useful to compare whether they all belong to the same recurring series. I’d also check whether the restored appointments still have their original recurrence settings attached. That could help distinguish a recurrence problem from a general calendar synchronization issue.

This is happening with certain staff of ours, as well. The system is notifying certain staff members that a client of theirs has been rescheduled by another staff member on their behalf when the said staff member who supposedly did the rescheduling had not. Plus this is not common practice. Only clients assigned to those staff members do the scheduling or I do. Ever since an update months ago, I have had tiny issues with scheduling features.
