Unable to add a new Team Member — "Add" button not working across web, app, and all platforms

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else having trouble adding a new team member to their Square account?

When we click the "Add Team Member" button, nothing happens. We’ve tried troubleshooting on multiple platforms and browsers (web dashboard on PC/Mac, mobile devices, and iPads), as well as directly within the Square app, but the button/functionality simply doesn't work anywhere.

Because of this issue, we are completely unable to open online appointment slots for our staff or accept bookings for them.

Has anyone encountered this glitch before, or is there a known workaround for it? Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated!
