International Time Zones when booking appointments

Several of my clients travel a lot and/or are deployed; sometimes, they have to schedule in European time zones. What is the workaround for this? I get square likes to be complicated and not make it easy for people to conduct business, and they will not add an international time zone to US-based accounts. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I completely understand the need schedule appointments in different time zones. At this moment this is a feature request.
