    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have been having an issue when trying to check out / take payment for a customer through the appointment screen.&amp;nbsp; It is happening randomly throughout multiple locations on both the desktop dashboard (using chrome) and on the Square for Appointments app so eliminating any device related issues.&amp;nbsp; The only way we've been able to get payment on those is to run the $ amount charge on the Virtual Terminal then zero out the appointment.&amp;nbsp; The issue (beside operational slowdown) is the appointments still remain open even if retrying to close out with a zero balance.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone else been having this issue?&amp;nbsp; I have reported multiple times to Square support with no resolution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
